Shant Samuelian

Shant brings deep expertise in affordable housing and LIHTC development across California. A USC graduate, he previously led an affordable housing division, securing over $300 million to deliver more than 1,000 affordable units in Los Angeles.

He has worked on 12 City of Los Angeles projects, leading three through construction, all completed on time and on budget. He founded Samuelian Group to deliver impactful, community-serving housing and oversees all phases of development while serving as the primary liaison with municipal stakeholders.
