Rasheed Tulay brings a diverse blend of real estate development, project management, and entrepreneurial experience. Before transitioning into real estate, he spent more than eight years in the music industry, where he developed expertise in negotiations, contract management, market research, crowdfunding, branding, and creative strategy. Prior to that, he served as a Project Manager at Global Housing Development Inc. and Global Capital Management LLC, supporting affordable housing and multifamily development projects.

His multidisciplinary background enables him to approach complex development projects with both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. Drawing on his experience in negotiations, stakeholder coordination, design, and project execution, Rasheed helps manage projects from early due diligence and entitlements through financing, construction, and delivery. His ability to bridge business strategy with creative thinking makes him a valuable contributor to development teams focused on delivering high-quality, community-centered housing.
