Cameron Shariati

Cameron brings over 16 years of experience in affordable housing development across California, with expertise in acquisition, entitlements, financing, and construction.

He has led more than 3,300 affordable housing units and structured complex mixed-finance transactions using LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, HUD programs, and state and local funding sources. He has overseen multimillion-dollar projects from due diligence through lease-up, delivering on time and on budget, and holds a BS in Economics from UC San Diego.
