Alec Wansikehian

Alec brings strong experience in affordable housing site acquisitions, deal negotiation, and project execution. He leads sourcing for Samuelian Group's development pipeline, managing each opportunity from initial site identification and LOI negotiation through contracts, due diligence, funding, and closing.

His background spans corporate and commercial real estate, with a focus on identifying mission-aligned sites and structuring deals that meet the scoring and competitive standards required to win allocations. Alec previously served on Disney's Corporate Real Estate team and is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business.
